My Story

I moved to the UK with no previous knowledge or experience in working in the UK job market. After I finished my masters I was struggling to get into an industry job, I realised although I had many skills & knowledge, I was still unable to get my first secure job.

I didn’t really know where to begin, didn’t know which companies to approach & where to apply for jobs with sponsorship. I wasn’t even able to get a part time job.

I spent thousands of hours researching, asking people & collecting information on what is the best way to get visa sponsorship.

Until one day I was able to land a two week gig as a QA analyst for the web team at UEL where I studied.

And that’s what kick started my whole tech career in the UK.

Through the help of my mentor to follow a structured approach to the job search, I was able to land my first official job offer with visa sponsorship at £35k.

In my next career move I jumped from £45k to £65k by doing ONE interview with ONE company where I was hired on the spot. By applying the principles I will teach you in this programme.

A couple of years after that, I was earning more than £75k as a remote technology consultant working for one of the biggest tech companies in the world.

What helped me in this journey was totally unexpected but now I’ve turned all these lessons from my journey into a scientific approach to help international engineers achieve the same transformation and land the jobs of their dreams.
